Shipping policy

We utilize multiple shipping/delivery carriers to deliver packages worldwide and within Jamaica. All orders are shipped from Kingston Jamaica. Once your order is shipped/dropped off you will receive an email/text notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number where applicable. 

Every package will have a tracking number, except those sent by bearer. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped/dropped-off, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. You can also view your order status within your customer profile. If you select “By bearer” you will not be sent a tracking number.

Please note that Zuri Izabelle is NOT, under any circumstances, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked “delivered or dropped-off.” If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact the provider you selected to deliver/ship your item/s.

Customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with re-sending a package that is returned to Zuri Izabelle due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address. 

Zuri Izabelle is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination. SAME DAY DELIVERY/SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.   

Orders placed in Jamaica

Order processing times can take up to a business day. Standard shipping takes 1 – 2 days (excluding weekends). 

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE 7:00PM ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED/DROPPED-OFF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

DELIVERY RATES

• KINGSTON (By bearer) – $5.65 (Please note below areas in Kingston we deliver to by bearer. If you are located outside of the listed areas, please select another deliver method)

New Kingston, Liguanea, Millsborough, Graham Heights, Hope Road., Lady Musgrave Road, Ardenne Road., Old Hope Road, Crossroads, Downtown, Molynes Road., Hagley Park Road, Barbican, Waterloo Road, Spanish Town Road., Maxfield Ave., Lyndhurst Road., Beechwood Ave., Chelsea Ave., Smokeyvale, Harbour View, Gordon Town, Washington Blvd., Marcus Garvey Drive, Stony Hill, Red Hills, Long Mountain, Mona, Gordon Town, Jacks Hill, Norbrook, Cherry Gardens, Russell Heights, Constant Spring, Manor Park, Golden Triangle, Grantspen. 

• PORTMORE (By bearer) – $6.50
• PORTMORE HELLSHIRE (By bearer) – $10.00
• KNUSTFORD EXPRESS DROP-OFF – $4.00 (This ONLY covers our drop off fee, you will be required to pay the collection fee outlined by Knutsford Express upon collection.)

Please note that the package will not be available for pick up the same day after being dropped off. It will be available for pick-up the following day. Pick-up service available Mondays to Saturdays. 

• ZIPMAIL POST TO POST DROP-OFF – $4.00 (This ONLY covers our drop off fee, you will be required to pay the collection fee outlined by ZiPMail upon collection.) 

Please note that the package will not be available for pick up the same day after being dropped off. It will be available for pick-up within 1-3 business days. Pick-up service available Mondays to Fridays. 

• TARA Home Delivery (Islandwide) DROP-OFF – $0 (There is no drop off fee. A delivery fee that ranges between JMD1,300-JMD2,000 depending on the exact location is to be paid to Tara when receiving packages. Package arrives 1-2 business days after drop-off. 

IMPORTANT BEARER DELIVERY NOTE

If you select deliver by bearer and for any reason what so ever you are not available to collect your package from the bearer, upon arrival and the package is returned to Zuri Izabelle, you will be required to pay additional delivery fee for the package to be redelivered.  

International Orders (Outside of Jamaica)

We offer shipping to UK, Canada, USA and the Caribbean. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays.

• $5 – Standard International Shipping Transit Time by Jamaica Post, 10-18 business days
• $36 – DHL Express International Shipping Transit Time: 3-5 business days
